How to use it: how to intake CBD oil
It is possible to utilize the CBD oil through sublingual intake: it is the most direct way and a few drops of dosage will be enough, wait about 30/60 seconds before swallowing to foster its complete absorption.
It is important to remember that is not possible to vape CBD oil. For vaping, it is preferable to use the pure crystals of CBD.
Dosage: how much oil is it possible to intake
It is always proper to personalize the dosage of something new that we are trying, either it is a medicine or a natural substance. The same rule applies for the CBD oil: personalize the quantity after a gradual start, monitoring your body’s reaction to the active principle.
It is possible to start with a minimum dosage of two drops in the morning and two drops in the evening, to slowly increase it to a maximum of ten drops of oil daily in case of a highly emotional stress period or persistent chronic pain.
