Hot to use: how to take CBD oil
It is possible to use the CBD oil through sublingual intake: it is the most direct way to intake and it will be sufficient to dose a few drops and hold 30/60 seconds before swallowing to favor its complete absorption.
It is important to remember that it is not possible to vape the CBD oil. For vaping, it is preferable to use the crystals of pure CBD.
Dosage: how much oil is it possible to intake.
It is always appropriate to personalize the dosage of something new we are trying, whether it’s a medication or a natural substance. The same suggestion applies to the CBD oil: personalize the quantity after you gradually started, monitoring your body’s reaction to the active principle.
It is possible to start with a minimum dosage of 2 drops in the morning and 2 in the evening, to move on to slowly increase it up to a maximum of 10 drops daily in the case of emotionally stressful periods or the presence of persistent chronic pain.
